Laundry Room Sign In/Out, Rules and Expectations
Access to the laundry room is only available to guests of The Pinewood Inn between 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please keep the door locked. No smoking or pets permitted.
Sign in at the start and out at the end of your laundry session.
By signing in you agree to the following:
-all dirty outside footwear will be removed at the door.
-inspect all clothing for objects prior to putting them in either washers or dryers
-inspect washers and dryers. You may be held accountable for any damage you have caused to the laundry room, halls, entrances, and equipment including but not solely; rubber gaskets or bellows as a result of perforations from objects in your laundry, melted objects or residue left in the machines from your laundry, etc.
-You may be held responsible for any visible damage that has occurred prior to your use of the equipment if you do not inspect and report it to the Pinewood Inn, 250-439-1128.
-heavily soiled, oily, greasy items (those that leave a residue that will stain, create an odor, etc to others clothing) are not permitted in the washer or dryer; regular laundering only. Please contact us at 250-439-1128 if you have any questions or if you need clarification.
-please leave washer door open after cycles are complete
-check dryer vents prior to and after each cycle and clean at the end of each cycle.
The Pinewood Inn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Please remember laundry is a privilege. Failure to adhere to this agreement will result in your laundry privileges being revoked.
