All of our kitchen suites include the following kitchen amenities in addition to room amenities:
- Full size or apartment sized refrigerator
- 24" stove/oven or stove top

Outdoor Facilities
A guest BBQ is provided on site and can used by any of our guests. Please let us know if you need assistance.
During the spring, summer and fall, we provide outdoor dining areas. These are for all of our guests to enjoy. These include:
Adirondack chairs and small tables on many patios outside the rooms (each room has it's own set of table and chairs)
Various dining areas around the properties that accommodate up to 6, or can be combined to accommodate more.
We have propane fire-pits available year round upon request. Please notify us by 6pm if you would like to rent one, limited quantities available. Fees include 1 fire bowl and 1 full 20lbs propane tank. $30/night

- Standard vehicle parking is offered right outside your door or within close proximity to your room.
- Plug ins are available right outside your room.
- For large trucks or those pulling trailers, we offer pull through parking at the front. Please note when booking your room, as it is limited.
Express Check-in/Check-out
For your convenience we offer express check-in/check-out to all of our guests. Never wait in line to check-in, check-out or return keys, it's already taken care of.

- Check-in time is 4pm
- Early check-ins may be accommodated although not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Personal Access Codes and Room Numbers:
- All of our rooms are accessed with personal door codes that are issued the morning of your check in date by email and text if applicable.
- Please ensure your credit card information from the time of booking is valid and updated so that we may issue your personal check-in information. We will contact you if there is an issue. Please note that reservations will not be held without a valid credit card on file.
- Rooms numbers and codes may be issued through email or text depending on your preference. Please note at the time of booking under Guest Comments if you have entered a mobile number that you would like us to text. Otherwise we will email the information.
- If you require a late check-in after 9pm, please ensure that you have booked in advance and received your room number and door code.
- If you require any assistance please call us at the phone number provided on your reservation. We will be more than happy to assist you. Our office hours are from 7am-9pm. We are a small motel and do not have 24hr desk staff as we do require sleep but are on-call 24hrs for any emergencies or to assist you if you are having trouble accessing your room.
- Checkout time is 10:00am MST.
- When checking out hang the We’ve Checked-Out sign on the outside door handle and lock the door. This lets the cleaning staff know that you have checked out and not just stepped out for a coffee, etc.
- Late Checkouts may be accommodated although not guaranteed as they are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. The Pinewood Inn reserves the right to charge a half day fee for late checkouts that are not arranged in advance.
