Cancellation Policy For Pinewood Inn Motel

Due to our limited number of rooms we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy. When you make a reservation with us it means that someone else may be turned away if they try to book that date and room. We make a commitment to our guests when we reserve a room on their behalf and require a commitment from our guests in return. 

If you are unable to provide appropriate notice we will do our best to re-rent the room to someone else for you.

Cancellation policy for bookings of less than one week - We require the same amount of time in cancellation as you have booked. For example; a 3 day reservation requires 3 days notice of cancellation. If sufficient notice of cancellation is not given you are responsible for your first night's stay. 

Cancellation policy for bookings of one week or more - We require the same amount of time plus seven days notice. For example; a 2 week reservation requires 2 weeks notice + 7 days. If you are unable to provide appropriate notice you are responsible for the full first week of your reservation.
